A short conversation can enhance directions or awake curiosities.
These conversations are spontaneous, they put us in front of silence and hesitation. They are inter-views because they intend to glimpse, take a look at the artistic practice and other things in the lives of the invited artists. Probably if they were the result of something planned to the millimeter, like a script, they could not happen.
They also present a brief critical synthesis of what each one presented and exhibited at the Mupi Gallery in the cycle The Politics of Images, curated by João Baeta.
If the conversation is short and the words are sparse, we hope that between the lines of speech there will be a desire to seek more information about the artists who so graciously accepted this challenge.
